Such a beautiful, clean and modern railway station. I came here by a bullet train from rabat. it has everything you need and the people are lovely and nice. Downstairs you will find everything you need when it comes to tickets, SIM cards, ATM, Taxis and upstairs you will find plenty of restaurants where you can eat and at the same time you will wait for your train.
This train station looks very modern; however, the machine for the tickets only work with local credit cards and when you switch to English or any other foreign language, they get slow and have you there waiting. I lost the train because of trying for twenty minutes. I had to do the line and told the agent at the window that the machines didn’t work. They were aware of course but it was not a single note to inform you about it. 🤷🏾♀️ I had to wait for one more hour for the next train.

Very nice train station, similar to Rabat very modern.
The officer on the train platform was incredibly helpful. He assisted me with my heavy bags as my seat was on the second stage of the TGV.His kindness and willingness to help were exceptional not only did he assess me with my heavy bags but he also took the time to personally guide me to my seat.
The station itself is very neat, but it's too crowded. They should add more seating and air-conditioning.

Like every summer. Very crowded train station. Same number of staff and only one point of ticket sales in the city.
50% only of the vending machines are working. International credit cards are NOT accepted!!!! And cash is not accepted either.
Buying online? Tried that too several times, but no success. The website is archaic and not friendly to use. It does not letting you buy any ticket. Maybe because I used a foreign visa / Mastercard credit card!
The train is fast and punctual but the service is not only slow but disastrous!
